Hola! I’m Alana, a New York–based designer who brings stories to life through bold color, analog craft, and a deep understanding of how people connect with brands.
My process is rooted in storytelling and empathy. I dive into the heart of a brand, its values, its audience, and the emotional truth it wants to communicate. I love designing identities where every element—color, type, illustration, packaging, and layout—speaks the same language and works together to invite people in.
At Dopl, I led our full visual identity across packaging, retail, campaigns, and storytelling, bringing warmth and joy to a highly visual, emotion-powered custom product. Before that, I managed creative marketing at W. W. Norton, shaping campaigns that reached hundreds of thousands of readers.
